United 1 - 0 Brighton

Now this was a tough game....definitely tougher than I thought it'd be. If I am honest, I thought we'd hit another four in this game but we had to do with a heavily deflected shot by Ashley Young that somehow ended at the back of the net. Three points are three points and, despite the performance, I won't be complaining.

Since Pogba's return, I thought everything will start turning to gold and we'd return to the amazing form we were at the start of the season. It hasn't been the case as we lost vs Basel and now struggled to beat Brighton. To be fair to our players, Brighton put a lot of bodies behind the ball and it should be no surprise that our winner was a deflected shot.

Our defenders did well in this game. Lindelof probably had his best game in a United shirt, not that it takes a lot to surpass his previous performances. Young was our man of the match. He delivered some really good balls into the box and was a constant threat on the left-hand side. What Ashley has done is amazing. He's gone from the verge of leaving United to becoming a first-teamer once again. He must have worked really hard to get where he is now and I am really pleased for him.

Away to Watford next. We've won 10 out 10 at Old Trafford this season but our away record hasn't been the best. Hopefully we can win the three points.
