As I said last week, the win against Norwich meant very little. We were playing a poor team that gave up after our first goal. Today's game vs an in form Sunderland side was a much sterner test....and we failed it. Perhaps the Moyes-Out brigade and the Giggsy-should-be-our-next-manager army now realise that the problem lies within the team of players. We did have one or two chances but our players failed to impress and even our Player of the Year, David de Gea, was absolutely horrendous with his kicks. Unfortunately, our players will have to learn the hard way this summer when quite a few of them get shown the door out of Old Trafford. I guess that's the only way we can stop the rot. No managerial merry-go-round will solve the problem.

We were a poor man's Bayern Munich that faced Real last Tuesday. We had a lot of possession but were shit in the final third. Sunderland could have easily won by three goals but luckily they hit both the bar and the post. Nani and Chicharito spurned the couple of decent chances we had. The introduction of Januzaj, Welbeck and RVP increased the crowd's roar but did little to improve our play. Vidic was always fouling and the other three playing in defence didn't do much right either. Let's hope Giggsy opts for younger players in defence instead of the old guard in our remaining matches. I want to see the future of United not over-the-hill players.

Only one week left for this horror of a season to end. Then another beginning will follow, similar to the one we had last June. Let's just hope this time things will revert back to the usual Manchester United we all know. Making Old Trafford a fortress again should be our main priority.
