Leicester City 0 - 3 United

Valencia Smalling Bailly Rojo(Blind)
Mkhitaryan Mata Herrera Pogba
Rashford(Yound) Ibra
Mourinho opted for a 4-4-2 formation for this game but realised it wasn't working and changed back to our usual formation with Mhikitaryan playing behind Ibra and Rashford on the left midway through the first half. With the exception of the away support, everything about the game was a bit flat but it sparked to life on the 40th minute when Mkhitaryan scored a great individual goal. Mhiki is a number 10 player. We are blessed to have a player who can play in that position and possesses so much speed.
From Mhiki's goal on it was all about United. Leicester barely had a sniff of the ball and DDG almost had nothing to do in goal. I could have kept a cleansheet today. It's amazing the difference a year makes. This Leicester side was winning games for fun last year but they can't get a grip this season. Yes, they're missing Kante but what happened last season was something that'll never happen again and I totally agree with Carragher who said that the players Leicester have aren't really that good. They're not and I've been saying this even when Leicester couldn't lose a game.
Anyway, Ibrahimovic and Mata scored the other two goals. Both were well worked. Valencia did ever so well to create Ibra's goal and the one-two Mata did with Mkhi to score our third was very eye-pleasing.
With Liverpool and Arsenal dropping points, I almost expected us to slip again today. That has been the trend this season; our rivals drop points so we follow suit. Thankfully we managed to beat Leicester without breaking a sweat and we are now one point and two points off Liverpool and Arsenal respectively. If Mourinho manages to get United into a top 4 position and wins a cup or two, then it would be a very very good start to his Manchester United career. Whatever happens in our remaining cup competitions though, getting into top 4 must be Mou's highest priority.
We've got a PL game vs. Watford next, then it's four cup games. Come on UNITED!
