Today United were effective, efficient but certainly not impressive. It was just one moment of brilliance from ol' Giggsy that decided this tough affair. A captain's goal!

United weren't really threatening up front but both Berba and Tevez ran their socks off. Ronaldo had another good game and should have been given a penalty deep into the second half. The reason it was not given was that the ref saw 'Ronaldo' and '7' at the back of the player's shirt so he decided that it was a dive.

Anyway, winning games like these really make me feel that we're capable of retaining the title and with Chelsea stumbling and Liverpool looking very fragile at the back(albeit lucky at the front) I have never felt more confident during this season. Just like the commentator said, "United are the best team in England at present", I couldn't agree more.

At the back United are impermeable. The defenders, especially Vida and Rio, ooze class. VDS is breaking a record after another. We are solid and we are united. With the return of Evra and the almighty Rooney, we can only get better. I think we're on our way to another premiership title :)
